Independence Place is a pet-friendly community. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet. Pet rent is $40 per month per pet. 2 pets max per home. Breed restrictions apply. View Pet Policy.

Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Akitas, Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Breeds and any type of dog mixed with these breeds.
